Typeface Off is was a competition held annually at my alma mater, Nicholls State University. Each alumni who signed up to compete and aid the graphic design department’s fundraiser was paired against a current student or faculty member and a randomly selected letter. For 2013, I was assigned the letter W.
The annual fundraiser has seen been discontinued, but it was a great way to stay in touch and encourage alumni communication and facilitate a collaborative project.
